Gerald (Jerry) Bloch has been representing California businesses and real estate owners and users for over 33 years.

With a Master’s (LLM) in Tax Law, Jerry’s versatility and practical approach characterize his Orange County, CA practice. During his first 10 years as a lawyer, Jerry held numerous in-house counsel positions at companies large and small. He was the General Counsel for several companies and plays a similar role today as his clients’ chief legal advisor.

Jerry earned his BA from Boston College in 1977 and his JD from University of San Francisco in 1980. His LLM in taxation is from Golden Gate University. He taught law at San Francisco Law School and has written numerous articles.

Jerry is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and its Business/Corporate, Labor/Employment and Real Estate Law Sections and is active in the Orange County Jewish Bar Association.
