With a Master\u2019s (LLM) in Tax Law, Jerry\u2019s versatility and practical approach characterize his Orange County, CA practice. During his first 10 years as a lawyer, Jerry held numerous in-house counsel positions at companies large and small. He was the General Counsel for several companies and plays a similar role today as his clients\u2019 chief legal advisor.<\/span><\/p>\n
